Abid Ali

Source to Pay Solution Lead


Abid is the co-founder and Managing Director of Bloom Consulting. As well as providing advice and hands-on support on our most critical projects, Abid is responsible for the planning and strategic direction of Bloom.

Abid possesses more than 10 years of hands on experience delivering successful procurement solutions to large private and public sector clients. Having come from a solutions consulting background, Abid has an innate understanding of end-to-end procurement business and solutions. He has led teams that have delivered some of largest, most advanced procurement platforms in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to founding Bloom Consulting, Abid held senior project roles across a number of public and private sector organisations including the Commonwealth Bank.

Abid holds a Formal Software Engineering degree from the University of Western Sydney and a Post Graduate Degree in eCommerce from the University of Technology Sydney.

Ferry Tjhin

Source to Pay Solution Consultant


Ferry is a Procurement business subject matter expert with extensive experience in procurement and accounts payable governance, policy, and process design. Ferry has delivered major system driven change projects that enable his clients drive tangible outcomes.

Ferry has extensive hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end Ariba platform, including sourcing, contracts management, and supplier performance management, procure to pay and analytics.

Ferry holds a post graduate degree in e-Commerce from the Macquarie University.

Haseef Ahmed

Solutions Consultant / Business Development Manager


Haseef has extensive hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end Ariba platform, including sourcing, contracts management, supplier performance management, and procure to pay and functions. He is an experienced Procurement subject matter expert with extensive exposure to Procurement transformation projects, compliance, policy and governance, solution design and deployment.

He is an associate member of CPA Australia and also an associate member of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). He also holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University.

Haseef's academic background, his experience of procurement business processes and his hands-on knowledge of the Ariba platform enables him to help his clients drive tangible project outcomes.

Stephen Weissberger

Source to Pay Consultant


Stephen is a highly experienced Ariba solutions consultant with over 15 years of hands-on Ariba and SAP implementation experience, as well as a deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement and expense management business processes.

As one of the most experienced Ariba and procurement professionals in the region, he is competent in business requirements analysis and the development of technical solutions that are based on industry best practices and designed to deliver value to our clients’ businesses.

Prior to joining Bloom Consulting, Stephen worked at Insurance Australia Group (IAG) where he played a key role in implementing and supporting the Ariba Procurement platform across the group’s businesses (including NRMA Insurance, CGU, SGIO, SGIC, Swann Insurance and WFI), with a combined user base of more than 15,000 employees.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the University of New South Wales.

Ramil Alvarez

Source to Pay consultant


Ramil is a highly experienced Ariba Technical and Functional Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on project experience in Ariba systems implementations for his clients including Sydney Trains, Commonwealth Bank and Ausgrid.

Ramil has extensive end to end Ariba technical knowledge, including development, configuration and enablement of Sourcing, SIPM, Contracts Management, Procurement, Receipting and Invoicing functions, as well as Integration design and development with People and SAP systems.

Ramil holds a graduate degree in Computer Engineering and Certifications in Leadership, Enterprise Java Web Application Development, Microsoft SQL Server and Software Testing.

Mary Davy-Griffiths

Project and Change Manager


Mary is a highly experienced project and change manager with focus on procurement transformation projects. With a passion for improving and streamlining business processes, Mary has extensive knowledge and experience in project and change management and process improvement, and has successfully delivered a number of diverse projects within both the public and private sector.

Mary has strong functional knowledge of Source to Pay business functions as well as project business case development, forming and managing cross-functional project teams, building strong stakeholder relationships and managing both client side and vendor project teams.

Mary can offer the following:

  • Establish a robust project structure
  • Drive effective change management which focuses on developing internal capability, end user adoption and business benefits
  • Managing delivery of system integrators and performing quality assurance to derive best outcome for her clients

Kim Davis

Business Development Director


Kim Davis has extensive procurement experience in health, manufacturing and education. Notably, she worked in procurement for Stryker, a medial device company.

After working at Stryker, Kim moved into a strategy role focused on achieving time and cost efficiencies in large organisations. She developed and executed thoroughly researched business plans. Many of the business plans included the implementation of new technology to maximize business benefits, and from this experience, Kim developed expertise in change management and technology implementations.

Kim developed a passion for helping organisation create a vision of efficiency and excellence. Kim can help develop a strong well-balanced business plan for your procurement transformation.
