Project overview:
Upgrade of Ariba Buyer from 7.1 to 8.2.2 and Implementation of ACM, ACW, Sourcing, Analysis, Print Procurement and Contract Labour Procurement

BloomIT Consulting team members have been involved with the overall implementation of the programme, including Sourcing, Procure to Pay, Contracts Lifecycle Management and Information Analytics solutions.

Key activities undertaken by our team members include:

1. Overall project directorship and management of the project
2. Conducting business requirements gathering workshops and defining functional and non-functional requirements for the Ariba solution
3. Developing functional and technical solution design, technical architecture, solution development and quality assurance
4. Upgrade of Ariba Buyer 7.1 to 8.2.2 and implementation of complete Ariba product suite including ACM, ACW, Sourcing, Analysis, Print Procurement and Contract Labour Procurement

Project overview:
Development of Functional and Technical requirements and RFT documentation for the National Sealed Source Register Database.

BloomIT's Engagement:
BloomIT Consulting worked with ARPANSA stakeholders and conducted several requirements development workshops including a two day National workshop involving the State Regulators and senior ARPANSA staff. BloomIT Consulting successfully developed and validated functional and technical requirements for the implementation of a National Sealed Source Register including documentation for the Request for Tender.

The solution is one of the best available today for the Labour Hire industry and being converted into a Product which will be offered as Service to other Labour Hire Businesses globally.

BloomIT Consulting team designed a highly intuitive site layout, researched and designed graphics, created illustrations, assisted with development and polishing of site content, and integrated IP GEO location tools to deliver a complete web solution that showcases the Fulton Francis brand and services targeted for each region. The solution also uses a comprehensive Content Management System allowing the client to securely create, edit and publish content to each region.
