The primary team of BloomIT Consulting has a combined 100+ year's industry experience - designing, implementing and operating needs based scalable Source-to-Pay solutions. The team includes some of the industry's most experienced Spend Management technology practitioners for design, development, project management and integration.

Milos Lekovic - Director of Business Development

Milos Lekovic brings extensive knowledge and experience of the Procurement and ERP systems to BloomIT Consulting. Prior to founding BloomIT Consulting, Milos spent 8 years with Ariba Consulting as the Director of Implementation for the Asia Pacific region. During this role, he executed numerous successful implementations of the Ariba Spend Management suite for major private and public sector clients. Milos worked with SAP prior to joining Ariba Consulting and led a number SAP projects aimed at the delivery of Financial and Accounting solutions.

Milos specialises in Enterprise Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts Management, Invoicing and Spend Analysis technology solutions and expert services. He provides senior leadership to projects in order to achieve successful and best practice implementations and deliver strong ROI to our clients and partners. He is highly respected within the Australian IT Consulting community, by his clients and colleagues.

At BloomIT Consulting, Milos is responsible for new business development, strategic partnerships and directorship of major projects.

Abid Ali - Director of Solutions Delivery

Abid Ali brings extensive knowledge of leading-edge development technologies and experience in enterprise systems integration to BloomIT Consulting. Prior to founding BloomIT Consulting, Abid spent 6 years with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia leading the development and integration of numerous business applications for Banks' operations, including the implementation of Banks' strategic Spend Management platform. Abid also ran an independent software business since 2000 which offers purpose built Accounting, Inventory management and Web-based business applications to small-to-medium businesses.

Abid specialises in leading the design, development and implementation of Enterprise solutions with focus Spend management solutions, managing project teams and driving projects towards a successful delivery.

At BloomIT Consulting, Abid leads all client engagements and responsible for the delivery of all projects.

Neil Davies - Solution Architect

Neil has more than 20 years proven experience in software design and development, across a board range industries in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining BloomIT Consulting, Neil spent 8 years with Ariba, as Senior Principal Consultant for Asia Pacific. In this role he was responsible for solution design and implementation for a wide variety of major successful projects across the Asia Pacific region. These enterprises include Telecommunications, food and beverage, manufacturing, Banking, Insurance and government. Neil has a deep understanding of business process and is constantly on the hunt for best available technology and architecture solutions so he may bring those practices to his clients. Neil's passion is simplicity and driving long lasting business excellence in systems. His understanding of adoption of new applications and technical creativity help all of his clients avoid the "death by a 1000 paper cuts" syndrome.

Stuart Hunter - Senior Category Strategist

Stuart is a professional, highly experienced, creative, solutions-based and goal oriented category specialist. With his background including time spent as an accredited trainer and also as a qualified green belt six sigma, his primary skills exist in procurement consulting where the analysis and identification of cost management issues are paramount. In conjunction with sourcing and evaluation models on the supply side, Stuart has a proven track record in the development and delivery of solutions that support the stakeholders within the business, quickly enabling resolutions to complex issues. This enables the delivery of high quality outcomes that provide value-add solutions to internal and external customers, driving company revenue growth to generate success. His management style is participative with a focus on developing and empowering others to achieve business objectives.
